After a complete renovation in 2023, our first gîte will be available for rental from April 2024! We have furnished the 100-year-old Gîte Beau Chêne in a rustic and cozy atmosphere with the re-use of authentic parts and materials.

We named Gîte Beau Chêne after the centuries-old oak tree that stands central on our farm and that can been seen from the gîtes, a beautiful eye-catcher!

From the terrace you have a great view over the rolling landscape with beautiful sunsets. Around the gite there is a spacious lawn and a cherry orchard with a view of our flowers and vegetable garden! From the gite we have created a walking path to our neighbors across the street (Bassiviere Barn Chic) where you can have a delicious lunch and dinner in their beautiful restaurant. La Carretal; is a working farm, we are busy in the vegetable garden, our future little green park or in the barn. Come and see us if you have a minute to spare, we'd love it to show you around!

The gîte is a spacious 4-person house with a beautiful entrance/reading room, a large living room with wood stove, open kitchen, two bedrooms with large double good beds, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and a huge covered terrace with large wooden cold tub, BBQ, garden furniture, hammock, outdoor shower and outdoor toilet.

Week prices (Friday or Saturday changeover day):

• April 1 to May 31: €750
• June 1 to August 31: €850
• September 1 to December 31: €750
• January 1 to March 30: € 650

Further information and conditions:

• Price includes electricity, water, and tourist tax
• Park at our farm in the separate car park
• Motorcycles can be stored in the barn upon request
• Dogs in consultation
• Rental based on our standard rental contract
• Down payment and cancellation; The 50% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. We request the remaining amount no later than 4 weeks before arrival. If you cancel within 4 weeks before arrival, the entire amount of the stay will be charged
• We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your travel insurance. If it is unexpectedly necessary, we can provide you with an invoice so that you can request a refund of the rental amount through your insurance.
